BEE's Thai Fusion receives $1,000 grant to brighten Moorhead restaurant, create job opportunities

MOORHEAD — With her final food truck event of October, and possibly the season, under her belt, Bee Trela is ready to shift her focus from food truck to her new dining space. Earlier this fall, BEE s, a Fargo-based food truck serving Thai and fusion cuisine, started serving food across the river. After taking over the Moorhead Billiards kitchen for prep work, which brought in orders from billiard players, BEE s found a new opportunity with the dining hall.
