A former Winter Springs High School football coach was allegedly headbutted by a player’s parent inside a locker room, prompting calls for change.The coach’s son was suspended after stepping in to help his father during the altercation, drawing criticism from community members while school board members defended the handling of the incident.Law enforcement was contacted immediately following the incident and school administration conducted an investigation into the matter.The coaches declined to press charges.
